This product is an automated production line developed and produced by our company. It has a high degree of automation and few after-sales problems, especially when used by large-scale manufacturers. This product can be customized according to customer needs, and can be cut into strips, loaded with plastic cards, loaded with droppers, put into aluminum foil bags by  dryers, sealed with aluminum foil bags, laser coding and other processes. Main components: The equipment is mainly composed of several relatively independent parts: material (bottom shell, cover) feeding part, card body assembly part and bagging and sealing part, as well as auxiliary accessories of bagging and sealing part - desiccant vibration plate, dropper vibration plate and multiple trays suitable for materials of different specifications. The main function: 1. Automatically supply upper and lower covers (material storage in silo + material selection and feeding on vibration plate), automatically detect the direction of the bottom plate, and automatically adjust the direction of the bottom plate; 2. Automatically load the large plate (bin type), automatically press and cut the reagent strip, automatically detect whether there is a bad area on the reagent strip (the bad area needs to be manually marked), automatically discharge the reagent strip with the bad area, and automatically load the reagent strip on the bottom plate; 3. Automatically capping the lid, with adjustable pressure, automatically re-checking the presence of the reagent strip, automatically discharging defective products, and automatically sending good products to the bagging machine; 4. Automatically supply desiccant (material selection and feeding by vibration plate) and automatically separate desiccant; 5. Automatically supply aluminum foil bags (bin type), automatically position and open aluminum foil bags, automatically detect the presence of desiccant and card, automatically put desiccant and card into aluminum foil bags, automatically seal and emboss, automatically count, and automatically discharge finished products; main feature: 1. This equipment has a high degree of automation, and only personnel are required to replenish materials to each silo; 2. The process is perfect and the quality is guaranteed; each mechanism is mature and the equipment is stable; 3. In order to achieve the best feeding effect, the vibration plate method can generally only be adapted to one material. If multiple materials are used in common, the vibration plate needs to be replaced; (please provide specific material evaluation and confirmation if there is such a requirement)
